RESTRICTION OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

All persons, including ice fishermen, snowmobile, and All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) operators, are to refrain from using the canal in the area between the Eisenhower and Snell Locks due to the possibility of an unstable ice cover.
