POSSIBLE UNSTABLE ICE COVER NEAR SNELL LOCK

All persons are cautioned that the Seaway will be performing tests at Snell Lock beginning today through next Saturday, January 25, which may impact the stability of the ice cover downstream of Snell Lock.
