Tenant will have use of hallway, restrooms, and coffee room. The office space is accessible by private entrance at the rear lower level of the Administration Building and is used only for government business and personnel.
The Corporation will provide heat, air conditioning, electricity, water, janitorial services (including building maintenance) and snow removal. Parking area near entrance to lower level. Garage space available at an additional charge.
